I'm already registered; can I change my pass type?
You can change your pass type whenever you like provided that this is to a higher category.

What benefits does the HIWC Corporate pass offer?
It allows three delegates from the same company to register with a 30% discount on the regular price of a HIWC Plus pass. It gives you access to the HIWC sessions, coffee breaks and the Networking finger lunch as well as entrance to the Hostelco trade show.
How does work buying the HIWC Corporate pass?
Go to the Visitor Area and register by selecting the HIWC Corporate pass.
Once payment has been made, we will call you to ask for the details of the people who will be attending the HIWC with you and arrange delivery of the passes.
I have a discount code, how can I find out for which type of pass it is valid?
Log in the Visitor's Area of the exhibition website and enter the discount code in the 'Registration Type' page. Click 'Validate code' and the pass for which it is valid and the discounted price will be automatically selected.
How can I access my invoice?
If you requested your invoice during the registration process, log in the Visitor's Area of the exhibition website and it will always be available in the 'Invoice' section.
I have registered; can I request my invoice now?
If you did not request an invoice during the registration process, you can do so by contacting us at: 902 233 200 | info@firabcn.es
Can I modify my registration details?
You can modify your registration details by logging in the Visitor's Area of the exhibition website. In the 'Details' section you can modify your contact and company details and your email and password.
I have already registered; how can I access my locator number to print it?
You can print your locator number by logging in the Visitor's Area of the exhibition website and clicking 'Print locator number' in the 'Visit' section.
Can I register more than one person with the same email?
No, it is not possible, as the email is the user identifier and therefore, must be unique.
