Bragard, a renowned company for hotel and catering uniforms, continues to expand its ‘Green Label’ collection, made from natural and recycled fibres. This year it surprises us with its commitment to linen, a fresh and light plant fibre that also demonstrates the brand’s firm commitment to respecting the environment.
Among the new additions to the collection are the Faggio and Caelia jackets, designed for the dining room. They are made of Lyocell, a fibre extracted from eucalyptus, organic and compostable.
To complete the set, Bragard has designed two matching aprons: the Comino and Eneldo aprons. These ecru garments with blue details are made from 100% linen fabric, harvested, spun and woven in France.
For Bragard, innovation is a powerful driver. Associated with French savoir faire, elegance and the ecological future, it works with professional chefs to open the door to the avant-garde. The experience of its team is also accompanied by secure values: passion and creativity. All this, without renouncing the modern and attractive style for which it is famous, and its well-known eco-friendly approach.
