SERHS Projects arrives at Hostelco with powerful new products for the professional catering industry. The Italian firm Mareno will present the new M1 modular kitchen, the most complete and equipped of its family of cooking blocks. Its design has taken into account the most common movements of cooks in order to improve ergonomics. In addition, it incorporates some technical innovations to facilitate the flow of kitchen equipment traffic.

The additional Power Guardian device allows to control and regulate the operation of the electrical equipment connected to it, which reduces the power required for its operation by half.

The kitchen can be completed with My Tutor, a new device that monitors all machines and reports faults or malfunctions with an alarm. At the same time, it is responsible for scheduling the normal maintenance of the system. My Tutor has an ‘SOS Service’ option, which sends a request for technical assistance directly to the service centre, and allows self-diagnosis of the entire refrigerated machine, as well as constant checking of electricity consumption, generating daily reports of electricity absorption.

Apart from the technological devices, the kitchen worktops are large, and the units are lower and more spacious, in order to better organise the kitchen tools needed for each service. It also has a non-slip front edge, so that any liquid or dirt is contained within the worktop and will not drip onto the machine and its controls. In addition, a joint has been inserted into the sides of the machine to create an unprecedented hygienic barrier.
