Ecofrog, developer of O3 machines, brings the evolution of ozone generation systems to Hostelco 2022: Avatar. The biocidal action of the ozonised water it generates eliminates all viruses, as well as fungi and bacteria, from any material and surface. It can work with hot water up to 35 °C and has three ozone levels: high level (100%), low level (50%) and no ozone generation level (0%). It is controlled via the touch button on the right side of the machine. Without the need to store water, it is able to produce ozone on site.
Its design is sleeker than other similar machines, with a smaller footprint: 380 x 255 x 81 millimetres. The LED display provides more information while minimising power consumption. Avatar consumes between 100 and 240V per 50 or 60Hz. It maintains a water flow of 6 litres per minute, with an O3 concentration of between 0.5 and 1.2 mg/l.
Avatar is an eco-friendly solution for the hospitality industry, eliminating 80% to 90% of the use of chemicals (and their associated plastic packaging). It also simplifies the ordering of cleaning products. As an additional extra, it can be connected to industrial dishwashers together with the Wash add-on.
