GGM Gastro, distributor of equipment for HORECA in Europe, arrives at Hostelco 2022 with a proposal for the future: BellaBot, the fully autonomous assistance robot designed for hotels and restaurants. Innovative engineering, coupled with state-of-the-art sensors and easily replaceable batteries, allow it to serve 400 tables a day, 7 days a week.

The robotic waiter has an intelligent multifunctional system that includes greeting mode, direct mode, cruise mode and more. It also features three different modes of interaction: infrared, through a screen that emulates facial expressions, and by voice. In fact, the new AI language module contains hundreds of unique contextual dialogue contents.

With safety in mind, BellaBot is equipped with 3D sensors and a new modular chassis with a frontal detection angle of 190°. In addition, the triple RGBD camera gives it the highest three-dimensional sensing capability achieved to date.

Using its decentralised and flexible instant network, BellaBot can communicate directly with any other bot, perform calculations and make decisions quickly. It is able to accurately detect and avoid obstacles with a reaction time of only 0.5 seconds.
