Santos, a French company dedicated to the development of products with eco-friendly technology for the HORECA sector, presents its #66 compact brushless blender at Hostelco 2022. Thanks to its 9 programmes, it is perfect for making cocktails, milkshakes, iced coffees and any other mixed drinks. Its new motor not only allows it to operate intensively all day long without overheating, but also offers excellent energy efficiency.

With a brushless design, the rotor service life is extended 10 times longer than similar models with virtually no maintenance. It also ensures much quieter operation.

The patented bidirectional rotating blade crushes and blends all kinds of ingredients in just a few seconds; from ice cubes to frozen fruit. The detection system stops dry operation when the lid or container is removed, ensuring total operator safety. And because of its size, it is ideal for both countertop and in-counter operation.

This is not the only novelty that the French company is bringing to Hostelco. The Santos #66 cold juicer is capable of operating at speeds between 5 and 80 rpm. Made of aluminium and stainless steel, it is equipped with an induction motor to keep the temperature of fruit and vegetables as low as possible.
