The LAR-25LMB-HD, the Skymsen mixer grinder, arrives at Hostelco 2022. The Brazilian company, producer of machines for professional kitchens, in this edition presents a solution designed to serve a multitude of diners. The main feature of this shredder is its tilting bowl with a capacity of 25 litres. This, together with a power of 1,300W, allows it to meet the needs of a large hotel or restaurant kitchen.

It is powered by a 1.5 hp current-powered motor and reaches 3,000 revolutions per minute. The LAR-25LMB-HD has a compact monobloc construction. Its dimensions are small, even with all the power it offers and the volume of its glass: 1,250 x 545 x 655 mm. It is of stainless steel construction and is mounted on an integrated stainless steel stand, with a total weight of about 39 kilos.

Skymsen also manufactures blender models with smaller bowl capacities. The 4, 8 and 10-litre models are suitable for use on worktops, with a motor power of no more than 0.5 CV. The 15 L machine is similar in features to its 25 L sibling and varies only in the size of the container and its final weight.
