Biography I was born into the most beautiful profession in the world and I was 15 when I joined the dining room of AMANCIO, the family-run restaurant. During this period, I trained as a Stager at the 2008 Bullí in the sommelier team and as a bartender for Diverxo in 2016. In that year I joined the Vamuca group as head waiter at the LAV restaurant and I’m currently the group’s head of operations.
