The jury has decided that the interior design of the restaurant KohLanta in A Coruña should be finalist of the Hostelco awards for the coherence between the concept and design of the business. The risks that Iván Cotado has taken with the design, make this restaurant one of the most attractive premises of the city.

Hospital Regional de Málaga

The hospital of Málaga has adopted the program “Ecological Menu, 100% Certified by the Diet Codes of a Local Hospital” (“Menú ecológico 100% certificado en el código de dietas de un hospital regional”) with the aim of answering the patient’s requirements, improving the concept of the ecological product and promoting the consumption of seasonal and local products.

Ana Roquero, founder of Cookplay has created a dinnerware set that is present at the most important haute gourmet restaurants in Spain. Pepe Rodríguez, the Roca brothers, the Club Allard, Martín Berasategui, Eneko Atxa among others, offer her dinnerware set. Among its characteristics, the design, resistance and innovation must be highlighted.

Manager of the KGB restaurant in Málaga. He is responsible for having modified the gastronomic offer, increasing the quality of the dishes and modifying the general management concept. “The Guest Chef” has also created the initiative, turning the restaurant into one of Malaga’s referents.

Rufino Calero

He has dedicated his whole life to the hotel sector. He began his career at Husa headquarters in 1953, Madrid. In 1970 he became Managing Director of Mundicolor Vacation Club and Pullmantur. In 2001, he founded with his 4 children the hotel chain Vincci Hoteles.
