The hospital of Málaga has adopted the program “Ecological Menu, 100% Certified by the Diet Codes of a Local Hospital” (“Menú ecológico 100% certificado en el código de dietas de un hospital regional”) with the aim of answering the patient’s requirements, improving the concept of the ecological product and promoting the consumption of seasonal and local products.
