Enric Badía

Biography

Young master baker from the fourth generation of Forn Elias. His childhood in the workshop inspired him to seek quality and innovation. Trained in various baking schools, he also represented the country in international competitions. He was Runner-up in the "Mondial du pain 2021" and Third place in the "Best of Mondial du pain" 2023 in Japan. He now leads the family business in Forn Elias.
