    How can I reach the Gran Vía venue?

    Check the available transport options in the Useful Information section on the official event website. 

    From the airport:  

    • By road: 12 kilometres away (C-31)  
    • Metro: L9 South line to the station: Fira and Europa/Fira    
    • Bus: TMB line 46 (stop Pl. Europa)  
    • Taxi  

    From other parts of the city:  

    • By road: the Gran Vía venue is located in a new business development area, connected to the main highways and motorways accessing Barcelona: AP-7, AP-2, A-2, C-16, C-58, C-31, C-32, C-33   
    • Train: Lines S3, S4, S8, S9, R5, R6, station: Europa/Fira  
    • Bus: TMB lines H12, V1, 46, 65 and 79

    Where can I find the operational, technical and logistical regulations of the event?

    The operational, technical and logistical regulations of the event are available within the Exhibitor’s area (exhibitors only) and in the Contractor Area on the event website. 

    Where can I book services for my stand?

    In the Fira Store you will find all the available services. 

    Is it mandatory to wear a vest?

    Yes, during the setup and dismantling days it is mandatory to wear a vest inside the halls.

    What are the restrictions for stand construction?

    You can view the construction restrictions through the exhibitor’s manual, accessible in the exhibitor’s portal. 

    IMPORTANT: Your decorator can find this document along with Fira Barcelona’s Technical Regulations in the Assembly Area on the event website, as well as information for managing assembly passes.

    You can consult the regulations on building heights and decoration of the stand and access the 360º view of the palace.

    How do I register to get a BUILDER’S pass?

    You can register on the event website in the Assembly Area. Passes will only be valid during assembly and dismantling. If you encounter any difficulties with the registration, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you. 

    Contractor Area 

    How do I register to get an EXHIBITOR’S pass?

    You can register for the exhibitor pass within the exhibitor area. Your exhibitor credential will allow you to access the fair also during the assembly and dismantling period to manage the preparations at your stand.

    Exhibitor’s area (exhibitors only)

    When does the event setup start and how long do I have to set up our stand?

    The setup is from Saturday 14 March to Sunday 22 March. The hours will be continuous from 07:00 to 20:00 and on Sunday 22 March will be continuous from 7:00 to 23:00.

    Until when can I drive into the palace during setup?

    You can drive into the halls until 20:00 on Thursday 19 March for unloading goods. 

    Until when can I carry out carpentry work inside the palace during setup?

    You can carry out carpentry work or any other type that generates debris inside the palace until 20:00 on Wednesday 18 March.  

    What are the dates and times of the EVENT for exhibitors?

    The event dates are from 23 to 26 March 2026 with the following times: 

    • Days 23-24-25 March from 08:30 to 19:30 
    • 26 March from 08:30 to 18:00  

    On Thursday 26 March it is strictly forbidden to abandon your stand, leave it unattended or without products, voluntarily and without major cause, before 18:00. The Organisation reserves the right to impose a penalty equivalent to €3,000. 

    How can I enter earlier each morning to restock goods?

    If you need to enter before the exhibitor hours, contact the palace manager (HOM) who will inform you through which door to access and will authorise and stamp the form (days 24-25-26). 

    • Day 23 from 6:30 am to 8:00 am, and the placement of products. Through the Sot del Migida logistics platform 
    • Days 24-25-26 for restocking goods (with form) from 6:30 am to 8:00 am. 
    What are the dates and times of the EVENT for visitors?

    The event schedule for visitors is as follows: 

    • Days 23-24-25 March from 9:30 to 18:30 
    • 26 March from 9:30 to 17:00 
    When can I remove goods from my stand?

    On Thursday 26 March, exhibitors can only remove goods by hand from 18:00 to 22:00, and vehicles cannot enter the interior of the pavilion nor can you dismantle your stand. 

    What are the dates and times of DISMANTLING?

    From Friday 27 March to Sunday 29 March from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Monday 30 March from 8:00 to 15:00, you can enter the palace with vehicles. 

    IMPORTANT: remember that if you have products that need to be kept cold and do not plan to take them on the last day of the event, you must hire through Fira Store (when the goods collection begins) the electrical permanence services to keep your products cold until the date you hire 

    IMPORTANT: In case of doubts regarding the general conditions of dismantling, refer to Fira Barcelona’s Technical Regulations available in the Exhibitor’s area (exhibitors only) and Contractors Area.

    Is there surveillance of the exhibition areas and client property?

    During the periods of assembly, event, and dismantling, Fira de Barcelona will be responsible for general surveillance. 

    Fira de Barcelona is NOT responsible for the theft or burglary of materials and objects placed at the stands. The security of the belongings of each client is solely the responsibility of each client. 

    If a client wishes to arrange a private security service for their stand or hire a storage service, they can do so through the Fira Store catalogue and make the purchase directly on the page. 

    Registration process

    #1 Access the platform

    1. Contractor’s pass valid during assembly and dismantling

    Select your pass (#A) and create your account. If you already have a username because you have logged in before, log in directly (#B).

    * Special passes with code

    If you have a code that gives you access to the special passes, enter it in the checkbox (#C) and validate it.

    *Platform open from 1st February.

    #2 Apply for your or your team members' pass

    1. Enter your details (#A) and exhibitor’s details (Name and stand) (#B).
    2. Credit your entire team in the option: “If you need to accredit more users” (#C)
      • You will need the following information from the new user: name, surname and DNI (NIE / Passport).
      • Enter their e-mail address if you want them to receive the pass via e-mail.
      • If you are already a user of previous editions or another trade fair, you don’t need to register your team again. Retrieve the list on the platform and select the members who will participate in the assembly of this trade fair.

    #3 Don't forget to accept the conditions of participation!

    Accept the Privacy Policy and the mandatory daily waste removal and click Continue.

    #4 And finally, verify your details

    Check that the details entered are correct, download the occupational hazard information document for full details and accept the terms. If everything is OK, all you have to do is click on the confirmation option. If you identify any errors, correct them using the back option.

    * You have finished your accreditation request, in the email you have received we will inform you of the start date of the validation process.
