At Hostelco, La Spaziale presents its most advanced coffee machine, the S25, featuring solutions aimed at maximising energy efficiency: three operating modes — Eco, Normal, and Boost — that adjust energy consumption to meet actual workloads and operational needs.

The prestigious Italian professional coffee machine brand combines elegance and technology in its S25, which shines for its refined design and a high-resolution capacitive touchscreen. Located on a generous work surface, the user interface is intuitive and stands out for its practicality and ergonomics.

The machine incorporates innovative features such as a USB port for firmware updates and custom image uploads, a pump pressure indicator, an electronic boiler pressure sensor, LED lights for the work surface, a status display, and a semi-automatic boiler cleaning cycle, to name just a few.

Furthermore, thanks to ITC Technology (Individual Temperature Control), each group can be regulated independently, offering the barista freedom of customisation and flexibility when working with different coffees.
