Gstock, the purchasing and operations management intelligence platform for the HORECA sector, debuts at Hostelco with two innovations: its predictive technology for calculating sales mix and order management with artificial intelligence, and the automation module to avoid repetitive administrative tasks that consume resources in hospitality. 

The AI-powered predictive tool allows demand to be anticipated 15 days in advance and broken down by product units. By cross-referencing the prediction with warehouse control data, the system offers the possibility of automating orders and has the analytical capacity to modify the final order based on the delivery date and constant data updates. The platform capitalises on all the information generated by the business to propose forecasts that take into account external factors such as weather, holidays, or high-traffic events. 

The solution promotes rationalisation of purchasing, as it minimises errors due to excess or insufficient stock, thereby reducing storage costs and helping to prevent food waste. 

Furthermore, the process automation module makes it easier for catering and hotel groups to schedule the autonomous execution of routine tasks, such as inventory closures, order issuance and cost reporting, ensuring that all centres operate under the same standard and freeing up managers to focus on business strategy.
