Biography

Born in Badalona and the youngest of eleven siblings, Enrique Tomás began his journey in 1982 with a small stall in La Salud market. His ability to understand customers transformed a traditional sector, turning his company into the world’s leading marketer of Iberian ham. A firm believer in hard work and honesty, he has driven international expansion to more than 120 stores. His vision is clear: to position ham as the finest gastronomic product and make it accessible to everyone.
