Biography
Born in Málaga in 2001, she holds a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from the Basque Culinary Center and a Master’s degree in Protocol, Event Management and MICE from Hostelea–EAE. Her approach to gastronomy is transversal, connecting it with strategy, design and experience. She researches new techniques and products with a critical and contemporary vision of the sector. As Head of the Consulting Department at Makeat, she leads projects designed to generate impact and create memorable gastronomic experiences.Sessions
