I currently lead Ballesteros Consulting, a firm specialized in maximizing our clients’ profitability. To achieve this, we apply a strategy based on a holistic view of the business —sales, costs, processes, people, and customers— enabling organizations to optimize performance, enhance the customer experience, and drive solid, sustainable growth.
