One of the compact oven’s key innovations is ConvoSense, an optical recognition system powered by artificial intelligence that automatically identifies the food inside and then adjusts the cooking parameters to ensure consistent results, even in environments with high staff turnover or periods of peak demand.
Additionally, the ConvoClean system, featuring Solid-to-Liquid technology, improves the energy efficiency of the cleaning process. By using phosphate-free, 100% recyclable, and much lighter capsules, it reduces CO₂ emissions associated with the transport and storage of cleaning products by up to 88%.
