Remote assistance to save time and slash costs, and artificial intelligence applied to energy efficiency and sustainability are the innovations that – under the slogan ‘Don’t worry, just wash’ – Winterhalter has incorporated into its professional warewashers.

EcoPilot is its new AI-driven solution that analyses washing habits, recognises patterns, and makes predictions to automatically select the most suitable programme. During peak workloads, it activates short, time-saving programmes; during slower periods, it selects the ECO programme to optimise resource consumption, saving up to 17% on energy and reducing CO₂ emissions.

To save time in professional kitchens, Winterhalter has developed EasyAccess, a self-service app that, with a simple QR code scan, provides instant and free access to digital operating instructions, model-specific explanatory videos, and a fast and easy platform for ordering consumables.

Additionally, its new remote services provide enhanced operational safety, faster incident responses, and a significant reduction in service costs. Thanks to the CONNECTED WASH system, Winterhalter experts can remotely access the dishwasher and immediately analyse any warnings or errors, making in-person visits a thing of the past. When on-site service is required, the technician arrives fully prepared with the correct parts, thanks to remote diagnostics. This saves time, reduces costs, and ensures maximum reliability in the washing process.
