    Biography

    Claudia Sans Witty, the third generation of Cafés El Magnífico, is responsible for quality control. She registers and roasts each sample using a Roest roaster and prepares the tasting table, noting every sensory detail perceived by the panel of tasters. Claudia has been training in this practice for years and has already participated in several tasting competitions as an international sensory judge, including Best of Cauca 2020, Tierra de Diversidad 2024, Cup of Excellence Costa Rica 2023, and Cup of Excellence Honduras and El Salvador 2025, as well as in seminars.
